As the days begin to shorten and children go back to school, that can mean only one thing... it is time for the call for entries for the 4th Annual Creep Up! Up Arts Incubator's online art exhibit focused on all things spooky and spectacular, deadly and divine.
As this is an online exhibition, all sizes and media of art are eligible. A Best in Show award will be announced on October 1st, along with two honorable mentions.
Art accepted into this exhibition will be featured in the online gallery and UAI's social media channels. Each accepted artist will receive an artist spotlight on social media, and all sales will be directed to the artist to handle privately between the artist and the collector.
Please include links to your social media accounts if you want your work tagged when promoted. Please include a short bio and a few sentences about your piece(s).
Submission Contract:
This online form serves as a contract between you and the gallery, Up Arts Incubator. Submission of this form and the corresponding payment automatically waives your right to any claim for damage or loss against Up Arts Incubator, D. McEwen, or any Up Arts Incubator employees. Up Arts Incubator takes multiple steps to ensure that all work presented online is properly credited to the artist.
The artist retains all copyrights to work submitted and shown by the gallery, but agrees that by submitting the images via this form, the images/art may be used for the online exhibition and subsequent marketing without compensation. All art/images will be credited to the artist appropriately. If the artist's work is accepted into the show, the artist agrees to handle sales professionally with interested collectors. All sales are between the artist and collector, as no inventory will be onsite; therefore, the gallery does not collect any commission on online sales.
By submitting this form and the corresponding payment, the artist (you) agrees to and accepts all terms and conditions contained in this call for entries.
Entry Fee: The entry fee is $20 for up to three works of art. Each additional work of art is $5.

Online Exhibition: Oct 1st - Nov 1st, 2023
